Raised on the NSW Central Coast, Matt has been passionate about the local property
market from a young age. After purchasing his first property at 24, Matt has continued to

Matt holds a Real Estate Licence and is the Director of Sharp Property Buyers. An
independent Buyers Agency service working exclusively for buyers. Matt is also a member of the Property Investment Professionals of Australia (PIPA) and is recognized as a Qualified Property Investment Advisor (QPIA).
